The Cable-Car Picnic Detour

One sunny Saturday in the 1920s, five neighborhood professionals—the Baker, Florist, Librarian, Tailor, and Photographer—set out for picnics at five different destinations. Each boarded at a different time and began the journey on a different cable-car line. Moments before the first departure, the conductor announced that the direct track to High Meadow was closed. Anyone bound for High Meadow would have to transfer at Union Station to the Mountain Climber, whose final departure was at 12:05 PM. The terminal timetable listed the travel time to Union Station as 15 minutes aboard the Harbor Belle, 20 minutes aboard the Market Clipper, 25 minutes aboard the Golden Crest, 35 minutes aboard the Hilltop Flyer, and 45 minutes aboard the City Lantern. To make the final transfer, a traveler had to reach Union Station before 12:05 PM. Use the schedule and clues to determine when each rider boarded, which cable car each one took, and where each picnic was held.
