The Emergency Radio Drill

During a countywide emergency exercise, five amateur-radio volunteers staffed separate stations at the emergency operations center. Each volunteer used a different call sign, relayed a different practice message, and transmitted at a different time. Use the clues to determine each volunteer’s call sign, message type, and transmission time.
